Voorwaarden toestemming beeldgebruik.

We vinden het superleuk hoe jij onze producten op sociale media presenteert en zouden het geweldig vinden om jouw foto en/of video op onze eigen kanalen te delen. Het kanaal waarop we deze publiceren zal in de eerste plaats de webshop Beautybrands-store.com zijn maar kan ook in de nieuwsbrief of op onze eigen sociale mediakanalen zijn.

Je geeft ons toestemming om:

• Jouw foto en/of video te gebruiken in onze marketing en/of reclame, waaronder in de galerij op de website (www.beautybrands-store.com), nieuwsbrieven, sociale media, e-mail en andere marketing doeleinden.
• Jouw foto of video te gebruiken totdat je de toestemming intrekt.

Voorwaarden:

• Jij bent als enige eigenaar van de betreffende content.
• Je verleent ons een niet-exclusief commercieel recht om de content via onze diensten of diensten van derden te gebruiken en te vermenigvuldigen voor commerciële doeleinden. Hieraan zitten geen restricties of beperkingen verbonden.
• Je doet afstand van aanspraken op royalty’s m.b.t. jouw content of hiervan afgeleide werken.

Wat wij doen:

• Gratis publiciteit op onze kanalen en onze webshop Beautybrands-store.com.
• Volledige naamsvermelding: jouw socialmedia-kanaal wordt gekoppeld en/of jouw naam wordt vermeld.
• De mogelijkheid om op ieder moment de gegeven toestemming in te trekken.

Toestemming intrekken

Als je de toestemming wilt intrekken, kunt je een e-mail sturen naar webshop@beautybrands-store.com. Wij verwijderen dan jouw foto of video binnen14 dagen van onze digitale kanalen. Als wij jouw foto of video hebben gebruikt in onze nieuwsbrief, is het niet mogelijk om deze te verwijderen. Natuurlijk zullen wij deze in de toekomst niet meer gebruiken. 

Wanneer je niet akkoord gaat met deze voorwaarden, begrijpen wij dat volledig. Er is geen verdere actie nodig en wij zullen jouw beeldmateriaal dan niet gebruiken.

Terms and Conditions for Image Use

We love how you present our products on social media and would be thrilled to share your photo and/or video on our own channels. The primary channel where we will publish this is the Beautybrands-store.com webshop, but it could also be featured in our newsletter or on our own social media channels.

You give us permission to:

• Use your photo and/or video in our marketing and/or advertising, including in the gallery on the website (www.beautybrands-store.com), newsletters, social media, email, and other marketing purposes.
• Use your photo or video until you withdraw your consent.

Conditions:

• You are the sole owner of the respective content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce the content via our services or third-party services for commercial purposes. There are no restrictions or limitations attached to this.
• You waive claims to royalties regarding your content or any derivative works thereof.

What we make sure:

• Free publicity on our channels and our webshop Beautybrands-store.com.
• Full credit: your social media channel will be linked and/or your name will be mentioned.
• The possibility to withdraw the given consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent

If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can send an email to webshop@beautybrands-store.com. We will then remove your photo or video from our digital channels within 14 days. If we have used your photo or video in our newsletter, it is not possible to remove it. Of course, we will no longer use it in the future.

If you do not agree to these terms, we fully understand. No further action is required, and we will not use your images.
